Interacts with clients to provide support with ordering and billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Perform Order Fulfillment to regional customers in Americas.Perform sales orders processing, delivery arrangement, billing, and sales support.Accountable for the receipt of the order, credit review, and the final invoicing. Acts as second level escalation in resolving complex issues.Liaise and coordinate with various work groups to resolve pricing, inventory, credit, quality, and supply issues.Responsible for logging Customer Complaint in Oronite Connect.Responsible for understanding product terminology, product handling characteristics, basic principles of supply chain, and use of basic customer service and/or logistics methods and policies.Full accountability and ownership of order capture and management process for customer groups. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, or relevant experience.Proficient in English.+5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Order to Cash processes.Analytical skills with focus on processes and standards.
