We are seeking a Customer Service (CS) Representative to join the Control Tower team for an in-plant operation in Córdoba.
The role focuses on managing maritime shipments , ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
This position is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset , knowledge of process improvement , and experience in packaging logistics and supplier management.
The role requires advanced English proficiency , as daily interactions involve coordinating with global suppliers, primarily in China.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage maritime shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for the in-plant operation, delivering customer service support.
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance service quality.
Coordinate packaging logistics and supplier management activities.
Track operations to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
Participate in daily meetings in English with international stakeholders.
Requirements: Education: Advanced studies or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
Experience: Knowledge or experience in maritime shipments is required.
Background in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CargoWise or similar operating systems is preferred.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – essential for daily interactions.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
