About the Role: Were looking for a passionate and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team!
In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our Portuguese and English-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth brand experience.
Youll be responsible for: Answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat in both Polish and English.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing detailed solutions.
Researching and resolving complex customer inquiries.
Upholding a high standard of customer service and building rapport with customers.
We offer: Salary options: 2800 BGN gross if working from home, 2900 BGN gross if working from office Fully paid training to get you up to speed - 2 weeks Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN.
