This function is responsible for maintaining customer service level with Argentina region customers. The function will consolidate the Customer demand to load in the origin system (Oracle), will make the strong follow up and coordinate the material available for shipments on time.
This function consolidates finished goods responsibility to support One Face to the Customer, accelerate DC pull implementation, improve pull and parameter management process discipline and consistency, heighten customer focus, and enhance clarity of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities: Consolidate the Argentina region demand Analyze the demand and inform the opportunities (anticipation) and risks (delays) Manage the Open Order report (late / On Time) – strong follow up Intensive follow up with all buyer and Comex team The specialist will be the main contact (bridge) with Customers and Copeland Manage the Customer Orders – receive, analyze and load customer order into the system Manage the Order and material available – picking and shipping as customer need Requirements: Experienced in supply chain customer service management between 3-5 years Strong communication skills Analytic, concentrated and focused Excel skills Oracle user English (intermediate) Education: Graduation in Administration, Logistics or a similar area.
