Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and effective sales initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in business development to identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software sales and project management, along with proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce.
Duties Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and initiatives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.Lead project management efforts for new business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Experience Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software industry.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.Experience with project management methodologies is highly desirable.Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.If you are passionate about driving business growth and have the skills necessary to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply for the Business Development Manager position today!
