Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to handle customer inquiries and manage order fulfillment.
You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Process orders and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Update customer accounts and manage order documentation.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience in customer service and order processing roles.
Familiarity with CRM and order management systems.
Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Multilingual capabilities.
