Job Description: Job SummaryThis position coordinates import and export air and ocean shipments, and provides accurate information to our external customers through daily communications with our worldwide offices and our internal and external providers. The role includes issuing reports to specific customers as per their requirements, keeping our systems duly updated, controlling the documentation to avoid any mistakes, sending prealerts and arrival notices, and supporting advanced administrative tasks like payments control and weekly payments information. The incumbent must possess advanced office support knowledge, strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills. English oral and written communication capability is a must. Previous experience in the freight forwarding business (customer service or operational tasks) is required.
This position will work on site at UPS offices in Buenos Aires City.
