Total Number of Openings1Chevron is accepting online applications for the position through 11/08/2024 at 11:59 p.m.The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position Advisor Successful candidates will join the BASSC Downstream team which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1400 employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Supporting Commercial products manager in the ideation, consolidation and reporting of Department metrics.Assisting with strategic direction and decision making and providing leadership across the workgroups.Prepare Department presentations and respond ad hoc requestsIdeate, consolidate and report Department metrics to be presented to different audiencesTrack headcount evolution and explain variancesSupport BDSC business planning & benchmark activitiesSupport coordination of BDSC visit's agenda: ideate and plan for resourcesWork on projects to drive global consistency and create synergies across the team.Expand domain on and apply new digital tools, such as PowerApps/Microsoft Flows and Productivity tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, MSTeams.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor in Business administrator or similar+ 5 years of experience working in Shared Service Centers or related/similar roles.Advanced English level.Display initiative and leadership, handling multiple job responsibilities, setting priorities, maintaining a high level of accomplishment, and implementing improvements to processes.Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.Relocation Options:Relocation will not be considered.International Considerations:Expatriate assignments will not be considered.Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
