The Customer Engagement Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively with the client to maintain healthy inventories, high shelf availability, and a high level of service, as well as to drive sales through collaborative activities.
Responsibilities: Make purchase suggestions according to stock availability. Enter and issue purchase orders from the client's system, coordinating both sides to streamline logistics costs and improve KPIs.Coordinate flow and cross-docking distributions for all stores, aligning with commercial strategy.Supply stores and manage the liquidation of discontinued products.Visit client's offices twice a week to strengthen relationships and solve problems efficiently.Monitor parameters, minimums, average sales, and store stocks for correct purchase and distribution.Coordinate commercial actions and evaluate alternatives for supplying promoted references.Suggest temporary assortment changes to improve customer supply.Plan monthly purchases and distributions to enhance service indicators.Conduct weekly improvement meetings.Manage and control information on customer operations.Plan activities from customer distribution center to stores.Monitor and improve customer KPIs.Conduct monthly store checks to identify opportunities at points of sale.Lead actions to solve operational problems.Participate in all JBP (Joint Business Plan) and T2T of clients.Search for logistics efficiencies and savings.Analyze sales forecasts and recommend stock adjustments.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Commercial Engineering, Business or related fields.At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.Desirable knowledge in DOMO, Power BI or Data Studio.Our Commitment to Sustainability
