Mercedes-Benz USA Customer Data Personalization Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities The Customer Data Personalization Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) will support and lead the Personalization Program at Mercedes-Benz and will aid to maximize the performance of Mercedes-Benz USA digital touchpoints and increase customer and shopper satisfaction with digital personalization. Align with multiple business units and Digital Experience business units to lead the development of, and effectively execute, use cases, processes, and programs that ensure a seamless customer journey and achievement of the operational/business objectives of MBUSA.
Responsibilities Assist with Personalization implementation to prioritize use cases that increase Digitally-triggered Offline Sales (DTOS)Identify and implement process improvements based on customer data, trends and needs of the business.Work in a cross-functional environment with Agency, IT and Business teams to identify Personalization use cases that enhance customer experience and drive business results.Track and report out key performance indicators across channels and optimize performance of Personalization use cases. Apply learnings to future strategy.Manage external vendor(s)/agency partners with clear direction, project scopes, and action plans, and ensure collaboration and innovation across partners to maximize performance.Alignment of all activities with MB Canada counterparts to work on an MVP for 2026Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) or Master's Student studying in the fields of Business Management, Project Management, or Marketing.Available from January 2025 – July 2025 (with opportunity to extend in 3 month increments)Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per weekProof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)Preferred Skillset Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound decisions based on KPIs, Metrics, and performance trendsProficient at building and maintaining strong working relationships with a prioritized focus on collaboration with multiple business unitsSoft Skills: driven-to-win, open-minded, strategic-thinking, persistent, team-playerMinor experience with market research sources, data analysis techniques, and methodologies from various research tools/organizationAutomotive Business, Digital Marketing and Personalization, Business Management (communication, process methodology) is a plus but not requiredEEO Statement Mercedes-Benz USA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
