Our partner is hiring a Customer Care & Billing Lead (CC&B) to play a crucial role in integrating a new ERP and requires close collaboration with the IT team to ensure the technical setup aligns seamlessly with user needs, both during and after implementation. Strong functional and technical expertise in CC&B is essential for success in this role.
What you will do: Ensures that CC&B functionality and integration meet the requirements to support the ERP enhancements.Contributes, reviews, and approves designs for integration to the head end system to support the ERP requirements.Collaborates with the CX department to identify business requirements to enhance or improve application functionality that will support the full use of the ERP opportunities.Collaborates with the IT department regarding integrations across impacted systems with CC&B.Collaborates with business users for integrated systems to CC&B.Ensure comprehensive technical design considerations and processes are aligned with business processes impacting CC&B.Validate that the integration and functionality in the CC&B user interface are aligned to reap the benefits of the ERP from a customer perspective.Perform major storm restoring work and associated drills as assigned or needed. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of IT Experience in a similar role including experience supporting CC&B.2-3 years integration experience with CC&B or similar Customer Information and Billing System.Bilingual proficiency in written and oral communication (Spanish and English).Understanding of the typical utility application and their connection to each other (CIS, GIS, OMS, etc.) and associated application landscape.Knowledge of Web services, Rest API and SaaS is preferred.
