What You'll Do Drive initiatives to onboard, develop, and retain talent aligned with our goals.
Champion Ekumen's culture, values, and employee experience.
Foster collaboration and transparency across teams through internal communication strategies (policies, handbook, internal procedures, etc.).
Analyze our employee journey to design initiatives that create value at every step of our careers.
End-to-end cultural events and social gatherings.
Design and manage DEI, recognition programs.
Measure engagement and use insights to continuously improve culture.
Strive to convey and adopt the highest level of work quality and ethics with customers and peers.
What We're Looking For 3–4 years of experience in culture or engagement roles, ideally in tech or remote-first environments.
Experience with building and promoting culture within distributed and multicultural teams.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing employee engagement data and translating insights into actionable plans
Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams.
