- Conduct cultural workshops and presentations for crew members on various topics such as customs, traditions, and history of different countries - Serve as a liaison between crew members and local communities during port visits, providing guidance and facilitating cultural exchange - Develop and maintain relationships with local cultural organizations and experts to enhance the cultural experience for our crew members - Collaborate with other departments to incorporate cultural elements into onboard activities and events - Assist in creating and updating cultural guides and resources for crew members - Conduct research and stay updated on current cultural trends and events in different regions - Serve as a resource for crew members, answering questions and providing support related to cultural understanding and sensitivity - Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting understanding and respect among crew members from different backgrounds - Participate in crew training and development programs related to cultural awareness and sensitivity Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in cultural studies, anthropology, or related field - Previous experience in cultural interpretation, education, or related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and groups - Knowledge and understanding of different cultural practices and customs - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus - Passion for cultural exchange and promoting understanding and respect among diverse groups If you are a passionate and knowledgeable individual with a desire to share your love for different cultures, we want to hear from you!
