Position : CRM Manager + Digital Marketing / SEO Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8-5 MT - may have a few off hour requests on case by case basis Salary Range : $1,500 - $2,000/ month Holiday : TBD About the job: We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager with expertise in online marketing and SEO to join our team and drive our digital strategy forward. Duties and Responsibilities: CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of CRM systems, including managing contacts, tracking interactions, and analyzing customer data. Experience with Zoho is preferred, but open to recommendations for other CRM solutions. Email Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. Online Advertising: Design and execute online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and other digital platforms, to enhance brand visibility and attract leads. Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage social media ad campaigns across various platforms to increase engagement and drive traffic. SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role. Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes. Proven experience in creating and managing email, online, and social media ad campaigns. Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
