How you will contribute to our magical experience: As a Collection Analyst at Disney, you will play a critical role in maintaining a healthy cash flow by managing and optimizing our collections processes. You will oversee a portfolio of more than 100 customer accounts, report collections, identify discrepancies, and monitor their resolution. We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented individual with advanced English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and preferably, experience with Power Query and Power BI.
The Credit and Collection Analyst will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of more than 100 customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.Contacting customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to facilitate collections efforts.Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payments.Working closely with internal areas such as Sales, Finance, Treasury, Billing, Cash Application, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure accurate and efficient collections processes.Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, and disputes.Generating and maintaining reports on accounts receivables.Utilizing Power Query and Power BI to extract, transform, and visualize data.Preparing regular reports and presentations for management to provide insights into collections performance.What we need from you to be part of this story: At least 1-2 years of experience working in Credit & Collections.Degree in Accounting, administration, or similar fields.Upper-Intermediate English.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.Strong analytical skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products, and services our consumers know and love.
