  The Credits & Collections Analyst will manage the client portfolio of the Branch or Hub in order to effectively cash recover derived from the sales. Validate and analyze the sales conditions and commercial agreements as appropriate for each client, following the Colgate-Palmolive Credit and Collection processes.
Roles & Responsibilities Customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing assistance related to credit and collections. Uploading and downloading information and documents to customer portals. Tracking customer current accounts including outstanding balances, sending payment reminders, and coordinating collection actions. Analyzing blocked orders, considering account balance, limit, pending payments to be posted, payment projections, and actions to settle overdue balances and make releases. Credit risk analysis based on customer payment history and behavior. Updating credit limits based on payment and sales history. Reviewing customer account status with Sales Executives and identifying actions to settle overdue balances. Imputation and control of payment information including analysis of the applicability of 100% of the deductions taken by the customer and their application to the customer's current account. Issuing payments, credit notes, and debit notes. Stay up to date on applicable financial and credit regulations and ensure compliance with them in all credit and collection activities. Control of Withholdings and Tax Adjustments requested by Taxes. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to effectively resolve credit and collection related issues. Identify and support opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of credit and collection processes by implementing innovative technologies and practices, including digitalization processes. Support for compliance with month, quarter and year closing procedures. Comply with and support SOX, internal, external and corporate audit procedures and requirements. Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree OR studying the last year of university +1 year of experience in the collections' area in the consumer goods industry  SAP - S/4HANA Experience with Excel or Google tools  It is desirable:  English  Experience in the credits area  Our Commitment to Sustainability
