Job DescriptionConduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand's visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure that the digital products are usable by individuals with disabilities.Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.QualificationsPrevious experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications.Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.Familiarity with various user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, workshops, user interviews, and persona creation.Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.Deep knowledge in Design Systems and technical knowledge related to design project management is a plus.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Additional InformationThe Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
