Role Overview: The Creative Strategist will be instrumental in driving our paid social campaigns (FB, IG, Tik Tok), focusing on direct response strategies that generate measurable results. This role combines creative ideation with strategic execution to enhance customer acquisition and engagement across paid social platforms.
Key Responsibilities: · Creative Development: Design and develop high-converting creatives for paid social campaigns, including ads for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
· Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute direct response advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
· Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize creatives and strategies based on data-driven insights. (hook/thumbstop rate, hold rate, click though rate)
· Creative Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of ad performance using Motion and Facebook reports to refine and improve creative assets.
· Audience Targeting: Identify and target key customer segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
Qualifications: · Experience: 3+ years of experience in a creative or strategic role within paid social advertising, with a focus on direct response.
· Skills: Strong proficiency in creating compelling ad content and optimizing for performance.
· Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Tools: Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager), and analytics tools (Motion, Facebook reports).
· Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
