This role will take charge of our creative workflow, enabling a seamless and scalable flow of creative assets from concept to delivery, while driving automation and optimization to meet the needs of our growing platform.

This is the role As Creative Production Manager on our Global Brand & Creative Team, you will drive creative operations, ensuring seamless workflows and high-quality asset output across markets.
Reporting the Global Director of Brand Strategy, you'll integrate, manage, and lead our team of video editors, establishing a cohesive and efficient workflow that maximises impact and streamlines the production of creative assets.Your primary focus will be on building an optimised creative production ecosystem - from implementing automation tools that drive efficiency to overseeing the full lifecycle of creative assets.
Additionally, you'll personally project manage key creative production projects, ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with broader business goals.
Collaborating closely with global and local teams across Podimo, you'll ensure that each asset meets our brand's high standards and fits within project and business strategies.
In partnership with local teams, you'll also play a pivotal role in the development of new studio facilities ensuring they allow leveraging each show's IP driving our creative ambitions forward.
Your main responsibilities in this role: Integrating and Managing Video Editors: Lead our video creatives, streamlining workflows for high-impact, consistent output and smoother operations.
Asset Management and Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of creative assets and personally manage key projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals alongside key teams.
Automation and Optimisation: Enhance efficiency by automating repetative tasks and refining processes, working with the growth team to improve low-funnel impact.

Experience we're looking for: Proven experience in creative production management, ideally within media or entertainment.
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of automation and DAM systems.
Experience working cross-functionally with growth and product teams.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
