Not necessarily having every tool, but having most tools required to complete most jobs and knowing which tools are needed for the job.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Lead Craftsman, Office Manager, Fellow Craftsmen, Homeowners, Vendors, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized and well maintained tools
Other: Communicates with customer about things around the house that Ace has the ability to fix. Earns customer's confidence through integrity, delivering what is promised, and never promising what cannot be delivered.
