We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Team Lead for our Warehouse in Carlos Spegazzini, Buenos Aires to join our team and drive excellence in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing our process equipment and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement in an autonomous maintenance and lean manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do for Us: Lead, coordinate, and guide associates and external vendors engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance programs, calibration, and building and utilities-related work.Enhance the Warehouse preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of equipment.Plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance notifications related to the existing weekly preventive maintenance (PM) plan to ensure plan fulfillment.Actively participate in Warehouse communication centers, prioritizing maintenance activities based on operational needs.Provide technical support and development opportunities for technicians to ensure their growth and proficiency.Ensure maintenance orders are accurately recorded and updated in SAP.Oversee the calibration program to ensure precision and compliance with standards.Monitor and manage OPEX spend to maintain cost efficiency.Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements, international standards, and customer requests.Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and food safety conditions are maintained in every maintenance standard.Communicate any situations identified that could affect food safety due to changes or other reasons.What are the Qualifications Needed: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Fluency in English.Solid knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration is preferred.SAP.What We'll Do for You: Provide a collaborative and empowering work environment that cultivates growth, creativity, and innovation.
