The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for operational excellence, adept in lean and agile methodologies, and skilled in driving digital transformation initiatives. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who can identify inefficiencies, implement improvement plans, execute training programs, and support the digitalization of processes across departments.
Requirements (What you'll do for us): Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) tools and ensure sustainability through employee empowerment.Support and engage in workshops and Scrum projects to promote continuous improvement across departments.Champion the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft tools (Power Apps/Power Automate).Coordinate and support the implementation of Plant of the Future (PoF) initiatives and PMO projects, streamlining operations for efficiency and innovation.Identify and address safety, food safety, environmental, and quality risks, applying problem-solving tools to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement.Manage and secure the monthly metric reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in performance tracking.Qualifications (What are the qualifications needed): Proven experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or similar fields within the CPG industry.Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and tools, such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive change management processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with global teams and fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.Logical and analytical thinking, capable of managing PI targets and supporting financial performance targets.What We'll Do for You: Inclusive and Empowering Work Environment:Join a team where your ideas are valued, and your contribution can truly make a difference.
