This is a hybrid role in Buenos Aires Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Develop, execute, and oversee market strategy for optimal growth. Act as the primary representative, fostering relationships with local partners and managing the local team.
Financial Oversight:
Take ownership of the P&L, ensuring budget adherence and achieving targeted results. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting on financial performance.
Market Expertise:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local market, including regulatory nuances and competitive landscape. Conduct market research, contribute to business plans, and develop go-to-market strategies.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and HQ to align on marketing strategy and brand positioning. Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring effective utilization.
Compliance and Responsible Gaming:
Ensure all activities align with local regulations, with a focus on responsible gaming initiatives. Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold industry standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead the local team, managing structure, recruitment, and retention efforts. Foster a collaborative environment, contributing to campaign planning and local content strategy.
Analytical Oversight:
Work with central analysts and BI teams to analyze marketing activities and align them with budgetary goals. Implement clear reporting and action plans to address any performance gaps. Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the online gambling industry. Proven success managing a P&L and a team. Proven experience in budget forecast and implementation. Experience of working in an international environment across locations, teams and functions. Good understanding and experience in Marketing and CRM. Good understanding and experience in the local online market and consumer behaviour. Stakeholder management skills and experience working as a stakeholder, specifying requirements across the company in a positive, collaborative and performance driven way.
