The Role

This role is suitable for:

Persons who have experience working within professions such as legal, academia (PhD level preferable), journalism or non-governmentorganisations such as Human Rights Charities.

Essential Requirements:


- Proficient in Written and Spoken English language to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Proven Track Record and Experienced Credentials to comment on countries of their specialist region.
- Punctual and can review documents and deliver high-qualityresearch in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of the legal systems and judicial processes in Latin American countries.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and impartiality.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements essential to expert witness work.

Ideal Profile

- Accreditation/Membership to professional organisations that demonstrate your expertise in the field.
- Any published work including books/articles/reports addressing regional issues.
- Individuals with proven experience dealing with prevalent human rights,
social and political issues in their respective countries of expertise are encouraged to apply.
- Adherence to high ethical standards and professional integrity, crucial for maintaining credibility and trust as a legal expert.
