Horizons is looking for a Costumer Engagement Manager with experience in the Foreign Exchange industry to join one of our international clients, an Austrian-based FinTech company focused on Big Data and Pattern Recognition. Hybrid opportunity Based in Manila (availability to come to the office once a week) Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact for their needs. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our electronic FX liquidity management platform, as well as market trends and industry developments. Monitor and analyse client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform's features and functionality. Act as a liaison between clients and our internal development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into platform enhancements and updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activity within our CRM system. Qualification Work Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the electronic FX liquidity management industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends. Experience in the field of eFX trading and basic knowledge about FX. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
