Job Description - Cost Analyst (MER0003GZ9) Description Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Krakow.

These are your tasks: Periodic valuation (planned costing) of vehicles and units for series production for the Mercedes Benz Cars division - Analysis of the results and reconciliation of periodic changes.Part of the transition team for the related processes from Berlin to Krakow and subsequent operational implementation.Maintenance and further development of process documentation for the transferred processes and support stable knowledge management.Interact with different stakeholders from procurement, production, and controlling.Execution & documentation of internal controls (ICS).Continuous improvement of processes (CIP).What can you expect from us: Onboarding and on-the-job training sessions.Possibility of mobile working - currently 3 days presence and 2 days possibility to work remotely.Flexible working hours – you can start between 6 and 10 am.Open corporate culture.Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the overall process of series costing and related topics tied to cost unit accounting.Understanding of product cost structure and factors influencing unit costs.Analytical competence.Degree in economics or in engineering or comparable qualification.Affinity for numbers and accuracy.Confident handling of MS Office.Working experience with SAP.German B2 level.English B2 level.Organization
