These are your tasks: Content-related contact person and responsible for asset accounting at Mercedes-Benz AG and Mercedes-Benz Group AGProfessional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employeesRecruitment and formation of a team for product costingTechnical contact person for the relocation of product costing processes to Krakow in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers/departments and project managementPeriodic valuation (planned costing) of vehicles and units for series production for the Mercedes Benz Cars division - Analysis of the results and reconciliation of periodic changesDevelopment of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge managementDevelopment of a work organization and establishment of a cooperation model with the downstream closing managers at Mercedes Benz AGManagement of the operational area of responsibility based on meaningful key figures and reporting to divisional managementSupporting the development of work instructions and guidelinesImplementation, documentation, and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)What can you expect from us: Possibility of mobile working - currently 3 days presence and 2 days possibility to work remotelyFlexible working hours from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.Open corporate cultureCentral location with good transport connections / parking spaces on siteQualifications Initial management experience (technical and disciplinary), ideally in an accounting functionTechnical and disciplinary management experience and extensive overall understanding of business administration through several years of professional experience in accounting as well as routine handling of common data analysis instruments (e.g. target/actual comparison)Education: Degree in economics (Uni/FH/BA) or comparable educationConfident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), at best experience in SAP R/3Good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken EnglishIndividuality: Appreciation, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people, diligence, even with a temporarily high workloadAbility to work independently and responsibly, ability to understand and analyze processes quicklyCommunication and teamwork skills as well as flexibilityOrganization
