Role Expectations
We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and develop robust training programs that support employee onboarding, professional growth, and skill development. This role focuses on building comprehensive training materials and strategies by collaborating with department experts to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement structured training programs, focusing on onboarding, development, and employee performance enhancement.Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create tailored programs.Design training materials, including guides, e-learning modules, and assessments, to support learning objectives.Establish and maintain training frameworks, such as onboarding plans, skills matrices, and development paths.Evaluate training requirements for various roles and ensure all programs align with organizational strategies and goals.Build scalable training systems and tools that can adapt to the company's growth.Research and recommend innovative learning solutions, leveraging technology where appropriate.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.(Preferred) Training-related certification, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or a program in instructional design.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in designing and developing training programs, onboarding processes, or organizational development strategies.Proven ability to collaborate with department leaders to create customized training materials.Experience in building structured learning strategies and scalable tools.Familiarity with learning models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies.Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Learning Management Systems, content creation tools, and project management platforms.Understanding of competency evaluations and skills mapping.Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.Analytical skills to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken (required).Why GG?
