How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Corporate Finance Treasury Specialist will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager located in Houston. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment on corporate finance matters (capital structure, debt financing, cash flow forecasting, and leasing, etc.) as outlined below as a member of a small, high-performing team. The role has a strong responsibility on capital project review, risk management, and forecasting. This is a regional role and will have exposure to countries in the Americas' Hub.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Assess capital structure of entities within the zone. Propose dividend distributions. Analyze and propose debt funding alternatives. Analyze debt variances and build financial/cash budget for the HUB and US. Monitor, analyze and produce cash forecasts for the legal entities in the zone. Analyze risk exposures from a treasury standpoint (energy, fx, interest rate). Assess financial counterparty risk of proposed counterparties. Monitor the financial risk of existing counterparties on an ongoing basis. Analyze and sign-off on various leasing structures and alternatives. Analyze letter of credit and bonding requests and negotiation. Review monthly corporate finance activity and performance for the region and prepare reports. Produce and analyze working capital KPI, evaluate working capital structure and provide recommendations. Participate in the negotiations with bank providers. Coordinate WK review with CFOs. General Requirements Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise: Advanced/Intermediate working knowledge of financial modeling and Google suite. Strong written and oral communication skills. IFRS basic knowledge. Leadership/interpersonal skills – take the initiatives required to get the job done, able to bring people together to work as a team. Detail oriented. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in economics, finance or accounting. 5+ years corporate finance experience or related experience. Certified Treasury Professional or MBA designation preferred. Corporate finance experience (capital structure, financial analysis (investments and balance sheet analysis). Risk management. Good knowledge of Accounting (IFRS), tax and legal environment for different countries in the Americas. TMS (Treasury Management Systems) experience would be a plus. Advanced knowledge in excel sheets. Advanced working knowledge of financial modeling and Google suite. Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity. Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements. Language Requirements: English language proficiency - advanced, Spanish language proficiency - advanced, French or Portuguese language proficiency - basic to intermediate preferred.
