Sales and Quality Enablement Coordinator Location: Remote (LATAM) Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Quality Enablement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales process, developing training programs, managing sales tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Optimization Develop and implement sales methodologies and best practices. Create and maintain sales playbooks and tools. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the sales process. Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Sales Training and Development Design and deliver sales training programs. Coach and mentor sales representatives. Develop product knowledge training materials. Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Sales Content Creation and Management Create and manage sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers. Develop compelling sales messaging and value propositions. Ensure all sales content is up-to-date and aligned with the company's messaging. Sales Technology and Tools Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms). Provide training and support to sales teams on tool usage. Analyze sales data to optimize tool usage and drive performance. Sales Performance Measurement and Analysis Develop and track key sales metrics to measure performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with marketing to develop effective sales and marketing collateral. Partner with product management to understand and promote product features and benefits. Collaborate with customer success to gather and leverage customer insights. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a similar role. Advanced English is a must! Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and technologies. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated leadership and project management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the HR or global payroll industry. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and technologies (e.g., Showpad, Highspot). Salary: $983,000.00 per month
