Position summary: In the position of Key Account Coordinator, you will support the development of regional and national accounts of convenience store channel in an assigned region. With bottlers to identify development opportunities. Build the strategic key accounts through the development of the business plan focused on increasing sales, ensuring the company's goals and objectives are achieved with the Company's main business partners. Focus on key accounts and channels with national/regional operations.
Essential Job Functions: Create and maintain relationships with the bottlers' account managers. Research customer wants and needs, suggesting solutions. Analyze and monitor channel performance indicators (Nielsen, Power BI) and other tools provided by the company in order to identify opportunities for business growth. Establish new leads, growing the sales pipeline and provide strategies to increase market penetration. Support the development of commercial business plans for growth of key account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Train the bottler and customer execution team to ensure compliance with company rules in the execution and sales of our products in the market. Position Requirements: Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study. More than 5 years of experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs; preferably in the beverage industry. More than 5 years of experience in retail, wholesale or distributor sales environment. Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
