What you'll be doing: The challenge of the position will be to coordinate internal audits with the goal of adding value and improving our operations, bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of management processes, control, and risk governance for the four brands of the Natura&Co Group (Natura and Avon).
Key responsibilities: Plan audits, including defining the scope, schedule, and work program.Execute and coordinate the audit as planned, including audit tests, interviews, etc.Identify process risks.Identify controls.Develop drafts of audit points according to weaknesses identified during the audit execution (includes preliminary discussions with management).Ensure that responsible parties develop an action plan for issues identified in the audit report.Validate the action plan with responsible managers.Follow up on action plans according to proposed dates.Review procedures and methodologies related to the audit process.
