The Opportunity This position works out of our Production Plant based in Florencio Varela.
What You'll Do Monitor and manage all aspects of the financial control of the operation, including budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.Prepare the plant's annual budget, its quarterly reviews and present these plans to senior management.Manage a team of financial analysts, with the challenge of strengthening it and maintaining high motivation.Actively interact with operations, quality and procurement teams to ensure compliance with objectives and facilitate decision-making processes.Required QualificationsB.S.
in Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or related careers.English: fluency in writing and conversationOther Knowledge/Skills: Accounting, P&L management, cost estimates, analysis of economic variations, definition and analysis of scenarios, process improvement, project management, leadership in work team managementExperience of more than 5 years in similar positions in financial planning and leading high qualified teams.
