Position Overview:
The Controller will oversee daily accounting processes, cash flow management, and fund financial performance.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity fund management or private equity-owned businesses.
The Controller will lead the financial operations team, manage relationships with third-party fund administrators, and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations:
Oversee daily accounting processes and cash flow management.
Work with internal accountants to prepare and ensure accuracy of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage budgets, forecasts, and the financial planning process.Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with third-party fund administrators, tax preparation accountants, and audit firms.
Act as the primary liaison for all financial operations and audits.Leadership:
Serve as a direct manager for the accounting team.
Implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks for operational efficiency.Metrics and Reporting:
Ensure forecast accuracy and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track fund performance and other critical metrics.Skills & Qualifications: Required: 10+ years of experience in financial organizations.5+ years of experience as a Controller.Proven experience with private equity funds or private equity-owned businesses.Proficiency with QuickBooks and either Sage or NetSuite.Strong leadership and project management skills.Experience working with EOS or similar systems.Nice to Haves: High energy and ambition, with aspirations for executive-level roles in large funds.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
