Controller Financiero

Multinational Company with Local Production Undergoing Transformation in CABA is Hiring a Financial Controller.
We are looking for professionals with degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, who have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions and advanced proficiency in English.
Objective of the Role:
The primary goal of this role is to ensure efficient financial control of projects, managing risks and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and projections. The position also aims to provide a comprehensive business perspective, facilitating communication and coordination across different areas and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic and demanding environment. This role reports directly to the Head of Controlling at the local level.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the financial control of projects, focusing on risk management and goal achievement.
Prepare complex financial reports for various areas and levels of the organization.
Supervise Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
Communicate and coordinate with multiple business areas to ensure a 360° view of the project.
Monitor the performance of assigned projects and implement corrective actions in case of deviations.
Collaborate with multicultural teams, providing financial projections and analysis for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial control or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.
