What Challenges Await You: Help to structure, negotiate and close client transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective. Strategize with internal business clients prior to client negotiations. Stay abreast of developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into the company's transactional practices. Support, promote and implement Legal Group initiatives. Review and negotiate technology and consultancy contracts. Ensure that contracts are fulfilled according to company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. What Will Make You Successful: Experience working as a contract specialist in technology companies. Knowledge about technology contract negotiation. Experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements. Advanced English and fluent communication. Understanding of principle-based negotiation strategy and tactics, including the ability to present alternatives with proposed solutions. Proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of transactions independently. Good understanding of contracting/risk as they apply to digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions. Strong executive presence.
