Contracting Counsel para Avanade As a Legal Counsel supporting Avanade Global Services and Solutions Legal, you will serve as a trusted advisor for Avanade's rapidly evolving business. You will partner with the business and technical teams, and relevant corporate functions across Avanade, to optimize the development of cutting-edge technology services and solutions; assessing and advising on various topics such as intellectual property, contracting, regulatory compliance and other legal topics, in an efficient and effective manner.

What Challenges Await You: Provide end-to-end legal support to Avanade's global business teams in the development of new offerings, repeatable services, IP assets and solutions. Assess and evaluate risks in new services and solutions, including review of various topics such as intellectual property, contracting, compliance, and regulatory. Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across the company, to develop practical legal recommendations for an intelligent and balanced go-to market approach for new services and solutions. Develop and maintain global contract templates, playbooks, tools, and training materials for both legal and business teams. Provide overall guidance and regular trainings related to Avanade's global offerings, services, IP assets and solutions worldwide. Stay abreast of emerging technology and legal developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into the company's practices and processes. Collaborate with the parent Accenture to align on applicable policies and best practices, in different subject matters. Actively participate in team-wide initiatives of the Avanade Legal Group and company-wide initiatives of Avanade and Accenture, including Diversity and Inclusion related initiatives. What will make you successful: Degree in law. Strong academic credential. Admission in good standing with the applicable bar association(s). 10+ years of experience as an attorney, with at least 6 years of experience working with matters pertaining to the technology industry. Experience in structuring, negotiating, drafting and reviewing technology contracts and arrangements. Ability to understand relevant laws (including contract, commercial, information technology, intellectual property, and data privacy). General knowledge of international laws is a plus. Excellent judgment and project management skills; ability to prioritize and make decisions independently. Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment. Disciplined, focused and dedicated to meeting high standards of excellence. Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines with short time frames and work under pressure. Positive, inclusive and collaborative style. Superior communication skills, particularly with respect to integrating information from various sources quickly and communicating legal advice in a practical form in a business context. Knowledge of the Microsoft technologies and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence is a plus. Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking). We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata and Rosario! And if you are in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home!
