WHAT IS ONEWEB? In the area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels. We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers' different touchpoints across cars, products, and services around the car.
With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking, and the Mercedes Owner Area "Mercedes Me Home," we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Manage content on our CMS by delivering and testing new features and integrations across different environments.Create and present trainings for a seamless content creation and maintenance process.Create website pages and roll out those pages to Mercedes-Benz markets.Manage translations of content for all market languages, assuring the content is received on time.Advise and support stakeholders, agencies, and other content providers in the content creation process.Bugfix by analyzing and identifying possible solutions to content issues.Integrate other product applications in our website pages via CMS.Learn and apply different tools in your work (CRX, queries, scripts, and other internal tools).Join a great team and work in an agile framework and environment.TO SUCCEED YOU NEED Experience managing content in Adobe Experience Manager.Comfort and experience in doing trainings and presentations.Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to face unexpected problems.Motivation and drive to constantly learn and develop the product and yourself.Basic understanding of an agile environment and project management skills.Self-organization, taking initiative, being adaptable to change, and willingness to try new things.Good communication skills (English language), team spirit, and being open to receive and provide constructive feedback.YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source software.No top-down hierarchy.
