About the RoleWe're looking for an ambitious content lead who enjoys owning presentation-style formats and is open to the challenge of a unique role at the intersection of brand, community, and content.
You will immediately own our monthly community webinars, take over and scale two courses, and own the development of our events content strategy.
ResponsibilitiesOwn our monthly community webinars: Develop topics, create assets, prep speakers, and host events.Develop content for conferences and events: Understand the target audience and collaborate with internal and external experts.Scale our existing course programs: Engage with the community and keep content relevant.Understand our customer: Listen to customer calls weekly to ensure content aligns with their needs.Own operational work: Write your own copy for social media, landing pages, and emails.Collaborate with Partnerships, Events, and Community: Ensure alignment on goals and processes.Ideal CandidateYou're a builder at heart and thrive in tackling the unknown.You love working in Google Slides and can visualize frameworks and concepts.You work autonomously while knowing when to seek help.You are crafty at repurposing content for efficiency.You embrace new technologies to enhance productivity.You can identify resonating topics and write compelling copy.This Role is Not For You IfYour main method of content success is high volume publishing.You rely solely on SEO for research.You are not interested in learning SaaS products.You operate solely off specific traffic or lead gen KPIs.You want a traditional content career.You struggle to work independently.Interview PlanAt Ashby, we aim to help you show your best self.
