What we are looking for: Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Content Development & Acquisitions Assistant. The primary role of the Content Development & Acquisitions Assistant is to work closely with the Director of Content Development and Content Development & Acquisitions Coordinator to support their day-to-day tasks, including follow-up activities, internal requirements for licensing, and preparation of presentations. This role will require keeping up with industry trends, conducting research for content development, investigating niches, generating reports and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This job is a REMOTE position.

Responsibilities: Presentation Skills: Create engaging and informative presentations to communicate trends and insights to the content team.Upkeep of Series guidelines: Collect information from internal stakeholders, organize and visually present.Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in the adult industry across various platforms, including websites, forums like Reddit, and free tube sites.Content Evaluation: Evaluate and categorize adult content to identify popular themes, preferences, and emerging genres.Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitors' content offerings, marketing strategies, and industry developments.Model Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date database of performers.Community Engagement: Actively participate in adult content communities, understanding the intricacies and discussions within these platforms.Data Collection: Collect both quantitative and qualitative data to support analysis and insights.Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to the content team based on data and trend analysis.Any ad-hoc project.Must Haves: Graduated or about to graduate in marketing, communication sciences, advertising, media management or similar.English Bilingual – High Proficiency.1 or 2 years of experience in Media, Coms, Content coordination, Content Acquisitions, Media production, or related fields (preferable).Knowledge of content acquisitions/licensing.Knowledge of the media industry and interest in the adult content industry.High project management and organization skills.Nice To Haves: Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.Experience with project management tools (Ex: Asana, Jira, Monday, etc).Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of film production procedures or academic background in related fields.This position requires working with adult content websites.
