JOB PURPOSEUnicoin Hunters is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator Manager with expertise in visual media for social media platforms. As a Content Creator Manager, you will play a key role in shaping UH online presence, crafting compelling visual content to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and promote our products and services across various social media channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Strategy Development: Develop and execute a content strategy focused on creating visually stunning and engaging content for UH social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Identify and analyze target audience preferences to tailor content effectively.Storytelling and Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual assets, including images, graphics, videos, and animations, that effectively communicate Unicorn's brand messaging, values, and offerings.Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience across various platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and create content campaigns and initiatives to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.Design Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of design solutions that enhance the visual appeal and impact of our content.Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and visually stunning content.Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies in visual content creation, and incorporate innovative ideas into UH's content strategy.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, and influencers, to create cohesive and integrated content experiences across all digital channels.Build and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and media professionals in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech industries to amplify Unicoin's reach and visibility.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in content delivery.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field; additional certifications in visual arts, graphic design, or multimedia production are a plus.Proven experience (3+ years) as a content creator, social media manager, or video producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual content creation skills and experience.Expertise in visual content creation tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant platforms.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content distribution, engagement, and growth, with a focus on Instagram and other visual-centric channels.Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions and outcomes.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft captivating narratives and messages through visual content.Existing social media presence with a substantial following and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is preferred.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling in the digital space.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solution-driven with strong personal criteria and the ability to make independent decisions.Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity.Team player – works well in a collaborative environment.Being fluent in English and Spanish is desirable.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and innovative team.Professional growth and development opportunities.
