Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Content Creative Strategist to join our growth partner's team.
This role requires a creative individual who can develop innovative ad concepts and stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors and market shifts.
The ideal candidate must be motivated and passionate.
Responsibilities Regularly monitor competitors' advertising strategies and industry trends to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ad concepts that resonate with our target audience.Work closely with the design team to create visually compelling ads.
Design experience is a plus.Craft engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, particularly on Meta and Google.Knowledge of ad platforms, targeting options, and optimization techniques.Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative ad strategies.Proven experience in copywriting and content creation, with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
