Job Description: RYZ Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Coordinator for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing content workflows, ensuring high-quality content delivery across various channels, and fostering strong relationships with creators. Your primary focus will be to coordinate content production, maintain brand consistency, and enhance audience engagement while collaborating with internal teams to align content strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate content flow between creative strategist, social team, and operational teamPlan and execute bi-monthly photoshootsSource and manage relationships with content creatorsReview and approve creator submissions based on brand guidelinesOrganize content library and maintain efficient filing systemsDevelop and improve content workflow processesResearch innovative content trends and opportunitiesTrack content performance metricsManage content calendar and deadlinesQualifications: 2+ years experience in content coordination or a similar roleStrong understanding of social media and marketing principlesExperience managing creator relationshipsExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and take initiativeExperience with content management systemsUnderstanding of performance marketing a plusAbout RYZ Labs: RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
