Responsibilities: Create editorial social media calendars through multiple social media channels for Canadian Audiences Video first knowledge Develop content briefings, as well as curate content from multiple online sources Schedule and execute social media calendars in Sprinklr Community management – both reactive and proactive Content localization review (English) Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Perform ongoing social listening analysis as part of data collection activities. Regular tracking, and report analysis to generate actionable insights and learnings Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization Mandatory requirements: Native/Fluent English– needs to be able to write copy in English Excellent grammar skills Good understanding of social media KPIs Team player Good time-management and organization skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Desired B2B/tech industry experience Sprinklr knowledge Critical thinker and problem-solving skills French/Spanish/Portuguese Required 1.
