• Assist in executing simple and complex lead nurturing programs in Marketing Automation Platforms – helping clients
understand requirements and proactively providing feedback to optimize campaign process and performance.
•Creates email and landing page content using HTML and CSS; ensures timeliness and quality of all deliverables
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis – keeping them updated on their projects, issues, and providing MAP
capabilities.
• Act as a point of escalation and resolution during campaign process as it relates to decisions that directly impact
execution and integration of marketing tools.
• Be a subject matter expert on marketing automation, providing industry research and recommendations to internal and
client teams – approach, strategy, risks, and best practices.
