Position Summary:Responsible for the execution of Monster Energy's brand portfolio awareness and local marketing initiatives within a defined market. Reports to the CEM Team leader and is accountable for growing brand awareness and loyalty with a strong focus on university programs: Relationships with student leaders, POS owners, activations, and events. Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers, assist with lead generation for the Sales Division, develop and strengthen key account relationships, increase market knowledge, and build centers of influence network. Support sales efforts through event execution.
Essential Job Functions:University Program Execution: Build relationships with student leaders, POS owners, generate brand awareness at the POS inside and outside, and set events with brand pillar communities.Drop products weekly, map, and maintain relationships with key opinion brand friends/ambassadors related to brand core pillars: Universities, sports, lifestyle, culture.Execute and coordinate events/activations related to brand core pillars, either by themselves or with the agencies, gathering and structuring information to support brand plans.Support the commercial team/TDM's with the store's execution of the University plan.Check that all Point of Sales (POS) is correctly and accurately displayed at store level including but not limited to pricing, promotional signage, and displays.Maintain the brand appearance, wear proper uniform, and keep hygiene habits and personal image as suggested in the training manual.Essential Job Requirements:Preferred field of study: Marketing, Business, or Sales.Minimum 1 year of experience in Promotional Experience, Promotions, Marketing, or Field Marketing.Clean driving record.
