Our team helps organisations unlock greater deal value by providing robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory.
As part of the team, you'll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps our clients enhance their deal value.

Skills :
Possesses basic knowledge of (i) key valuation methodologies for business entities and intangible assets (i.e., Income - discounted cash flow, Market - guideline public company multiple and cost approaches plus relief from royalty and multi period excess earns methods) and (ii)
quantitative / qualitative analysis of financial metrics.
Knowledge regarding the analysis of 3rd party valuations and corresponding assumptions along with performing sensitivity analyses.
Possesses basic understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation, tax and business reporting processes.
Ability to conduct in-depth client, industry and market research.
Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to prepare / review memoranda and reports that communicate research findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Possesses intermediate skills in MS-Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point) and a basic understanding of other software applications are desirable, but not required (i.
e., Alteryx, Power BI).
Fluent in the English language along with advanced reading and writing comprehension skills.
Understand the importance of have a correct information management.
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
