Azul is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Consultant to join our team and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM strategy that integrates Azul's solution set with Amazon Web Services (AWS) sales teams. This role will focus on aligning Azul's product offerings with AWS's cloud solutions to drive joint sales initiatives, maximize customer engagement, and achieve mutual revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, GTM strategy development, and a strong ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute on a unified vision.
Key QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of experience in a GTM, sales strategy, or channel management role, with a focus on cloud technologies, ideally involving AWS.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and PaaS models, with a working knowledge of AWS services, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise software solutions.Sales Enablement: Proven experience in creating sales enablement programs, training materials, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer adoption.Collaboration & Leadership: Demonstrated success working across functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.Results-Driven: A track record of achieving measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS partner programs, solutions architecture, or AWS Marketplace.Background in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps solutions.Familiarity with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
