Construction Project Manager

As a Remote Construction Quality Control Inspector at United Field Services, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and compliance of our construction and maintenance projects, all from the comfort of your own home. Your responsibilities will include remotely reviewing completed tasks by vendors, conducting thorough quality control inspections through digital means, and meticulously documenting your findings. This position demands acute attention to detail, strong English language proficiency, and a robust residential construction and maintenance background.
Review completed tasks by vendors remotely to ensure adherence to project specifications and rigorous quality standards. Utilize digital tools and platforms to perform inspections of construction and maintenance work, identifying defects, deficiencies, and deviations from project plans. Document and capture photographs of all inspection results digitally. Provide prompt and clear feedback to vendors and project managers regarding areas for improvement or non-compliance through digital communication channels. Collaborate closely with project teams through online platforms to address and resolve quality issues expeditiously. Maintain precise digital records and reports of inspection outcomes and corrective actions taken. Work in tandem with other team members through remote collaboration tools to continually enhance quality control processes and procedures. Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and quality benchmarks. A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction and maintenance work. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify quality concerns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an online environment. Competence in using digital tools and software for documentation and reporting. Capability to work independently and make well-informed decisions from a remote location. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
