Expectations and Tasks Provide first level assessment of receipts and expense reports in compliance with client's subscription and policies and procedures.Utilize tools and systems proficiently to process receipts and expense reports.Document and recommend necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete the receipts and expense reports in a timely manner.Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures.Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies University degree or attending last year of studies.Effective communication and fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.Care for and have an accurate eye for detail.Strive to improve a standard of excellence.Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.A strong will to deliver excellent quality.Ability to multi-task and can easily learn and adapt with changes in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Strong time management, prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure.Good team player with interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Continuous improvement of technical skills, efficiency and learning attitude.What Can You Expect From Us?
